Jean Samuel Bruce currently works for Christian Television Network of the Palm Beaches, and has been for nearly nineteen years, assisting in different areas including but not limited to MCR, administrative office, and other related activities. Additionally, Jean Samuel Bruce hosts Impact Spirituel, formerly Détente Evangelique, which he founded in December of 1994 as a community gospel based television program serving the Haitian community. However, Mr. Bruce’s main focus is on being the Director of a brand new CTN extended ministry toward the French and Creole speaking viewers, TELE BONNE VIE, In this capacity, Mr. Bruce is working on providing policies oversight and work with Christian individuals or institutions to ensure meaningful access and improve delivery of programming in all three languages English, French and Creole.
In addition to his ministerial work with the Christian Television Network, Mr. Bruce currently serves as Senior Pastor at Agape Worship Center, an affiliated Church of the Christian and Missionary Alliance, and is involved in a number of community initiatives focusing on youth and their families. He has been married to Gina for 11 years, since after the death of his first wife in 1998, and God has blessed them with three children: Samantha Tatiana, 22, Ruthanna Jessica, 19 and Ludmilla Iclide, 7.
Mr. Bruce received his BA in Business Administration from Northwood University in Midland, MI; an MA in Biblical Studies from South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary in Deerfield Beach, FL, and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL.
Mr. Bruce was born in Port au Prince, Haiti in 1958 and emigrated to the United States in 1986. He got saved at the age of fifteen while attending Church with older siblings. Mr. Bruce likes to read and play music (Guitar and Piano) in his free time. Furthermore, Mr. Bruce considers himself an introvert by nature and an extrovert by practice. His real desire is to love God passionately and people compassionately. Therefore, Mr. Bruce’s threefold life philosophy is this: Whatever does not enhance my fellowship with God disinterests me; whatever slows down my fellowship with God bothers me; whatever stops, breaks, or destroys my fellowship or relationship with God frightens me.
